Tea Tree Plaza Interchange Park ‘n’ Ride allows people an easy and cost-efficient way to travel into the city from the North-East.
During the project, the Department of Planning, Transport, and Infrastructure (DPTI) provided 30% reference design which was used as guidelines by Ahrens Group to develop the concept drawings while ensuring compliance with the specification of the DPTI for the project. The construction of the car park involved several challenges due to the extremely reactive clayey soil at the project site and limited access to the project site.

Naveesh was involved in this project a quality engineer with Ahrens Group and he proved that quality does come over quantity. He handled quality control reports, reviewed the proposed blueprints, checked that all materials met the Australian standards and helped resolve any issues that would arise with the quality of construction materials or the workmanship.
