During the project, the Department of Planning, Transport, and Infrastructure (DPTI) provided 30% reference design which was used as guidelines by Ahrens Group to develop the concept drawings while ensuring compliance with the specification of the DPTI for the project. The construction of the car park involved several challenges due to the extremely reactive clayey soil at the project site and limited access to the project site.
