What: Our client, Mohit Gupta, decided to take out a lease on a non-functional Fish and Chips Store with bigger ideas in mind. The goal was to transform the space into a vibrant and exciting Indian Cuisine take-away shop that can serve a few tables.

Who: Dial A Curry engaged a range of Solution for Constructions’ services.
How: Solution for Construction was especially proud to be a part of this ambitious project. Our business provided an in-depth analysis and concept plan, which maximised the space and function of the building. We were sure to put an emphasis on efficiency and quality of work, while also considering construction costs and reasonable time frames.
We prepared interior design and construction documentation required for council approval, which included site plan, existing vs proposed floor plans, elevations, sections. In all, Solution for Construction were able to offer a turn-key solution enveloping Interior Design Concept, Drawings required for Council Approval, documentation to meet building rules consent and structural engineering solution that allowed alteration in the building space.
The result is a bustling Indian Cuisine take-away café that can serve many seated customers and has fulfilled the clients dream. There’s a designated car park and plenty of space inside for customers to stand while they wait for their take out. For dine in services, the area is maximised to seat as many as possible, while keeping customers comfortable and spaced to create a fantastic dining experience. Of course, the back area contains all of the industrial equipment needed for a commercial kitchen space.
